Individual Intuitive Sessions

Relax, Create and experience your Power!

Paint, pastel chalk, pictures, pencil, large glitter (small ones are no longer allowed, because they easily end up in our drinking water), markers, clay, ecoline, ink, dust on paper, cloth or cardboard. You will get started with this during individual intuitive sessions. The individual intuitive sessions are different every time. Depending on what is going on with you at the moment. Sometimes a certain color is central, other times it is about a certain shape or a special theme. I tailor the assignments to what is important to you when you come to a session. You can follow 1 session or several, depending on what you want and what is needed.

Als je ergens tegenaan loopt, hulp nodig hebt, je eigen kracht wilt ervaren of het gevoel hebt dat je anders met het leven om wilt gaan, dan kun je een individuele intuïtieve sessie boeken. Of als je behoefte hebt aan ontspanning, creatief bezig zijn en aandacht voor jezelf dan zijn deze sessies (of een intuitive painting workshop) ook heel geschikt!

The sessions are colorful, relaxing and can bring clarity. Drawing, painting, guidance and yourself provide insight into what is important to you and what you need. It gives you insight into the way you do things and helps determine your direction. It also helps you to experience and use your own strength!

You don't have to be able to draw or paint.

Drawing and painting, and possibly other creative forms of expression, based on special assignments, work well to help people deal with issues that are going on in their lives. It seems that visual work has a positive influence on our brains. Making art stimulates the brain cells in a playful way and creates a positive feeling. Intuitive drawing and painting also sometimes makes it easier to express and clarify feelings that are difficult to put into words. Creating certain images leaves an impression in your brain that has a confirming effect. Just as visualizations can do. In this way, making art can be used as a form of therapy.
