Healing Art Pathway:
Your Story in Three Works of Art
Where are you from? Who are you now? Where are you going?
In the one-on-one Healing Art Program at my practice in North Holland, you'll work with these questions. A creative process in which you create three unique works of art. Each piece symbolizes an essential part of your life path: your past, your present, and your future. It's a gentle, powerful way to gain insight, heal, and give direction to your life. Throughout this process, I'll guide and support you wherever needed.

The Creative Process: Past, Present, and Future
The process revolves around the creation of three different artworks. We use different materials and techniques for each piece, in consultation with you and in keeping with the theme.
Artwork 1: The Past – Where are you from?
What brought you to where you are now? What experiences have shaped you? What do you carry with you? You'll explore (in relation to the period you want to highlight) what happened, what issues you want to focus on, and what might have unconsciously played a role. This artwork helps you acknowledge and process your past.
Artwork 2: The Present – Where are you now?
Where are you now? What's important to you right now? This artwork gives you insight into your current situation and helps you see what needs your attention now.
Artwork 3: The Future – Where do you want to go?
With the insights from the first two phases, you can focus your attention on the future. What are your desires? Which side of yourself do you want to develop (further)? What aspects do you want to incorporate into your life? In short, a creative visualization of your dreams and intentions, giving you direction and energy.
Space for Side Paths
During this process, emotions or themes may surface that require attention. We create space for these by addressing them through a focused creative exercise.
“But I can't draw or paint at all!”
That's not necessary. This process is for everyone, regardless of your creative experience. It's not about creating a "beautiful" work of art. It's about the process, what emerges and what it tells you. I'll guide you every step of the way.
Practical Information & Your Investment
What: A personal 1-on-1 trajectory of multiple sessions.
Duration: Sessions last two hours each. We'll determine the total number of sessions together, depending on your progress.
Location: In my quiet and atmospheric practice in Schoorl, North Holland.
Costs: The cost is €80 per 2-hour session. This includes all basic materials such as paint, chalk, ink, and paper. Canvases or special surfaces are not included.
