With the help of colored light I help you to relax, let blockages disappear and let your natural energy flow freely again. This allows you to let go of tension and come into your power.
What does a session look like? The Treatment in Practice
An energetic treatment takes about an hour. During the session, you lie down on a treatment table wearing comfortable clothing. You don't have to do anything, just relax and receive. During the treatment, I place my hands on certain places on your body and shine colored light on special (acupuncture) points. The colored light ensures that the harmony in the body, in places where it is disturbed, is restored to balance. That, together with touch on certain places and possibly discussing things that come up, ensures deep relaxation. In this way, you can let go of things that hinder or block you and you get back into your own flow.
For which complaints is this treatment suitable?
These energetic treatments are suitable if you suffer from stress, anxiety and tension in your body and/or head. These treatments also help if you feel unwell, stuck in life and more energy and a better balance want. Or if you need peace in your head and a deeply relaxed feeling in your body.

- For the 5x treatment you pay 350 euros, (70 euros per time).
- It is nice to wear comfortable clothing during the treatments.
The energetic treatments take place in my quiet studio in Schoorl, located in the dunes of North Holland. Easily accessible from Alkmaar, Bergen, Castricum and Heiloo. There is ample free parking in front of the door. People from outside the region are also very welcome.

What exactly do you feel during a treatment?
The experience is unique for everyone. Most people feel deep relaxation, a pleasant warmth or a feeling of lethargy. Sometimes you see colors behind your closed eyes, or your thoughts fall completely silent. There is no 'right' or 'wrong'; your body receives exactly what it needs.
What is the difference with Reiki?
Although both methods work with energy, my approach is unique because of the central role of **colored light**. These specific light frequencies work on the different chakras to restore balance. It is a very gentle yet deep working method.
Do I have to 'believe' in this for it to work?
No, absolutely not. You only need to be open to a moment of rest and relaxation. The treatment works on a deep energetic level, independent of your beliefs. Curiosity is more than enough.
