Basic Course Intuitive Painting & Drawing

Are you looking for a relaxed way to be creative, gain more insight into yourself, and feel better about yourself at the same time? Then this introductory course might be just what you're looking for! In a small, fixed group of no more than four people, we'll delve deeper into the magic of intuitive painting over five lessons.

Unlike a standalone workshop, here you'll learn to understand and apply the method. This can help you find your way back within through drawing and painting.

How does this course work?

During the course, you'll work intuitively on a specific theme. This means you'll receive assignments that you complete by **focusing on your feelings and whatever surfaces**. You don't have to think about it; one thing leads to another, and something beautiful emerges on your canvas or paper almost naturally.

In five lessons, we'll work with various themes and techniques. You'll explore the meaning of colors, visual language, the symbolism of shapes and figures, and other topics.

Practical Information & Registration



What: 5 guided lessons of 2.5 hours in a small, fixed group.



Group: Maximum 4 participants for personal attention.



Inclusive: All materials (paint, canvas, paper, chalk, etc.), coffee and tea.



Location: My studio in Schoorl.



Start dates: Saturday mornings 10:30 am – 1:00 pm: September 6 / October 4 / November 1 / December 13 / January 3 FULL

2026: Saturday mornings 10:30am - 1pm (approximately): February 7 / March 7 / April 4 / May 9 / June 6



Price: €187.50 for 5 lessons, €37.50 per lesson. You can also pay for individual lessons upon request. You can make up one lesson if you miss one.

What if I have to miss a class?

Because we work with a small, fixed group, it's important to attend every lesson, generally for the sake of group dynamics and your own progress. If you're unexpectedly unable to attend, please contact us, and we'll work together to find a suitable solution, such as catching up in the next group (if possible).

Is this course also for advanced students?

This course is designed as a foundational course and therefore perfect for beginners. However, even if you already have painting experience, this program can be very valuable, as the focus is on the intuitive process, not on technique. It can help you create in a new, freer way.
