Chakras are points in the body where the soul connects with the physical body. Chakra means "wheel". A chakra can best be seen as a wheel of energy. There are many chakras in and around the body that ensure that life force energy is absorbed from the energy around us. The chakras convert this energy into energy usable for our system. This energy is then distributed over and in the body by the rotating movements of the chakras.

If the chakras are blocked or the functioning of one or more chakras is disturbed, this has consequences for your well-being. It may be that you are not feeling well, or that you often have headaches, you may have problems with your stomach, etc. etc.
